Paper Satellites Competition
Hey guys!
Sunsoma are writing a new song called ‘Paper Satellites’ which was inspired by the thought of sending a message into outer space with the hope that someone might just catch a glimpse of it someday. So here it comes - we want You guys to make a paper satellite and put your own little message on it!
Interstellar Communication Science may not yet be your forté so we've cobbled together a little template using nothing more than some processed tree, a bit of glue and a dose of creativity!
The winning satellites will go into our Album booklet and you may get some other funky freebies aswell!
Here's what you do:
1) Download, decorate and put together the template posted here. For all those aspiring NASA Astronautic Engineer's out there, feel free to create your own sculptural wonderment if you want to do something different!
2) Write a message on the wings. It can be anything from what you had for breakfast today to some enlightening existencial philosophy. The sky is the limit - Literally!
Imagine you're going to send this message out into space and it's your one chance to leave something behind.
3) Snap a photograph of your new creation and post it up in this forum for the world to see!
There are just two rules chaps - Your satellite must be made out of paper or thin card and please keep your mesages wholesome - any rude stuff will be torched.
You can send in as many entries as you like, so get cracking and unleash that artistic nature of yours!
